Residential Care Worker
No Fixed Hours of Work
All employees are members of the Hospital Employees’ Union
Responsible for improving the quality of life for each individual by responding to their needs.
Respects individual rights and treats each individual with the same dignity he/she wishes to be treated with.
Encourages the residents to do as much as possible on their own, even if it takes longer, to enable people to become as independent as possible.
Adheres to and supports the Code of Ethics as published by the Cranbrook Society for Community Living.
Reports to the Residential Supervisor.
Medical and Dental upon completion of probation.
Defined contribution pension plan.
